The Technology
A different kind of blank
IFC is a proprietary construction built around a carbon composite and Exo-Black resin core, sandwiched between two layers of EPS foam. The blank shapes and glasses exactly like any performance EPS board — the difference is entirely internal.
Where a conventional EPS board relies on a timber stringer for flex control, an IFC blank uses an engineered carbon composite core to deliver precise, repeatable flex from tip to tail — tuned to the rider's weight before a single pass of the planer.
Flex Tiers
Calibrated to your weight
The IFC core is laminated to one of three flex schedules before shaping — each calibrated to a rider weight range. The blank arrives already tuned before shaping begins.
Lighter flex schedule. Increased sensitivity and a lively, responsive feel through turns and rail-to-rail transitions.
Balanced flex and rebound. Consistent drive and energy return across a wide range of conditions and surfing styles.
Stiffer laminate schedule for heavier surfers. Greater torsional control, powerful rebound, and load stability on the rail.
